Engadin Spa Scuol & Wellness
Wellness in Scuol is more that a trendy catch phrases. Scuol's local mineral water has a hundred years health and relax tradition. The first mention of Scuol's mineral springs dates back to 1369, and although they were certainly exploited as early as the Middle Ages, it was not until the building of the valley road in the second half of the twentieth century that the area began to flourish as a spa resort. Recalling the atmosphere of earlier spa culture, a few of the buildings erected at that time still remain today. Over the last 30 years Scuol has once again made a name for itself as a dynamic "Wellness" destination.

Pilatus
Pilatus (6955 ft) is a scenic peak located about 5 miles to the south of the city of Lucerne in central Switzerland. This is a popular tourist spot, with a hotel and restaurant at the summit, which can be reached by a cog railway from Alpnachstad from the south or by a tram from Kriens to the north. If you want to walk, there are trails, which reach the summit from all four directions. Don't let the short distance deceive you; the slopes are rather steep and the elevation gain from the railway stations at Alpnachstad or Hergiswil is over 4500 ft (by the way, the cog railway is reputedly the steepest in the world).
