Kathmandu | Breakfast
Our tour officers or foreign language guides provide a hearty welcome
to the Kingdom. We are transferred to our hotel. In the evening we visit
a local ethnic restaurant and dine amidst olden splendor.
Day 2
Kathmandu | Breakfast, Dinner
A full day of sightseeing to take in the important historical and cultural
attractions of the Valley. We start the day by visiting the center of
the old city of Kathmandu. The palace of the mediaeval Malla kings “Hanuman
Dhoka” and the temple dedicated to the living goddess “Kumari”
are the highlights. We visit Baber Mahal Revisited, a resplendently restored
old “Rana” palace, now a setting for shopping local arts and
crafts and enjoying a constantly growing selection of fine cuisine. We
have lunch at one of the restaurants. We visit Patan City, famous for
its mediaeval arts & crafts, including the Patan Museum. We return
to Kathmandu City and our hotel. Rest of the evening at leisure.
Day 3
Kathmandu - Bhaktapur - Nagarkot | Breakfast
We visit the city of Bhaktapur, the best restored of the medieval royal
cities of the valley. The sightseeing tour comprises the famous "Golden
Gate", "Palace of 55 Windows" and the "Nyatapola Temple" the valley's
tallest. We continue onwards to Nagarkot, the picturesque hilltop offering.
A panoramic mountain views. Check in at Club Himalaya Nagarkot Resort.
Rest of the day at leisure.

Nagarkot - Pokhara | Breakfast
After an early breakfast we drive to Pokhara, the picturesque mountain
town located on the laps of the mighty Annapurna mountain range. We stop
for lunch and a little relaxation at the Riverside Spring Resort. It boasts
an award winning architectural marvel of a resort with restaurants, bars
and swimming pool. After a few hours we proceed to Pokhara. We check in
at our resort and head for the famous lakeside for optional boating and
shopping.

Pokhara
We rest today in this tranquil town on the laps of the mighty Annapurna
range.

Pokhara - Rafting
We drive to our raft put-in-point on the Trishuli River. We take rafting
trip.

Rafting-Chitwan | Breakfast, lunch, dinner
We have an early morning drive to the Royal Chitwan National Park, one
of the best preserved national parks in Asia, habitat of the Royal Bengal
Tiger and the Great One-horned Indian Rhinoceros. We arrive in our jungle
resort and check in. We begin our safari activities almost immediately
with a briefing, elephant ride, jungle walks, and canoe ride and jeep
ride in pursuit of myriad flora and fauna. In the evening we have cultural
entertainment with dinner.
Day 10
Chitwan | Breakfast, lunch, dinner
We continue on our wildlife pursuits today in the presence of qualified
naturalists.

Chitwan-Kathmandu | Breakfast
After breakfast we drive to Bharatpur airport for a short flight back
to Kathmandu. We get a transfer to our hotel in Kathmandu. Rest of the
afternoon at leisure.

Kathmandu Departure | Breakfast
We are free today until our departure transfer to the airport.
