Kathmandu Arrival
A hearty welcome to the Kingdom by our tour officers or various foreign
language speaking guides. We are transferred to our hotel.
Day 2
Kathmandu
A full day of sightseeing to take in the important historical and cultural
attractions of the Valley. We start the day by visiting the center of
the old city of Kathmandu. The palace of the medieval Malla kings “Hanuman
Dhoka” and the temple dedicated to the living goddess “Kumari”
are the highlights. We have lunch at the Patan Museum Café. The
second half of the day takes us to Patan also called “Lalitpur”
or the beautiful city. A city renowned for its arts and crafts, Patan
recently opened its door to the Patan Museum. Nearby are the “Krishna
Temple”, “Hiranya Varna Mahavihar” (Golden Monastery)
and Mahabodhi Temple said to resemble the one in Bodhgaya in India. We
return to Kathmandu City and our hotel. Rest of the evening at leisure.

Day 4
Kathmandu Departure
We are free today until our departure transfer to the airport. (B)
